Father’s Day Giveaway

Father’s Day Giveaway

Is your Dad a sports nut? (Either athlete or fan)

Is your Dad a mystery reader?

If you said yes to either or both of these questions then here’s an offer you don’t want to pass up.

I am giving away signed copies of Michael Balkind’s Deadly Sports Mysteries for Father’s Day. Get Dad (or yourself) a signed copy of Sudden Death and a signed Advance Review Copy of Dead Ball.

“Pure fun, pure intrigue. The action never stops till a fascinating climax!” Clive Cussler

“You like golf, you like murder mysteries - - then Sudden Death is your book!” James Patterson

"Michael Balkind has "Who-Dunit" again. Dead Ball offers an intriguing look at a different side of sports." Ralph Wimbish - New York Post Sports Editor

“Balkind reveals his own appreciation for and knowledge of a wide array of martial arts and sports, making it clear why he chooses to base his mysteries in that world, he knows it, he loves it, he writes it so well. There are mystery writers. There are sports writers. And then there's Michael Balkind." Don Dahler - WCBS-TV NY News Anchor and Author of A Tight Lie

The Deadly Sports Mysteries series was optioned for TV by Marc Entertainment.

Michael Balkind also has two other novels in the works: The Fix, a college football gambling story co-authored with ESPN Anchor, Ryan Burr and Stealing Gold, an Olympic skiing mystery.

This Father’s prize won’t be delivered till after Father’s Day so if you want to give Dad a signed copy of Sudden Death, Michael will be signing copies at Barnes & Noble at the City Center in White Plains this Saturday from 2-4pm. A percentage of revenues from this signing will be donated to the Greenburgh Public Library. Also, there are local stores listed on Michael’s website that carry signed copies. http://www.balkindbooks.com/

Besides entering my Blog contest you can also enter Michael’s website contests. He currently is running two contests: One is for a big ESPN banner signed by all the anchors and analysts. The other contest is to Be Named in one of his Upcoming Novels. (Want to be a Pro-Athlete - a Private Investigator - or maybe even a Suspect?) Enter at http://www.balkindbooks.com/
