Mount Kisco Arts & Edibles in Memory of Jonathan D. Pfeffer
Sunday, September 13, 2009
Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR) would like to invite you to participate in the Second Annual Mount Kisco Arts & Edibles in Memory of Jonathan D. Pfeffer, by serving as a sponsor. If you are unable to sponsor the event, we invite you to place an ad in our program journal or donate an item to our silent auction so that you can promote your business to the event attendees. This year, our event will honor the memory of Jonathan David Pfeffer, a young friend whom we lost too soon.
Arts & Edibles in Memory of Jonathan D. Pfeffer, hosted by LCR, will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2009, from 2pm until 6pm. The event will tempt the taste buds of the local public by enabling area chefs and restaurateurs to showcase their unique cuisine and flair.
Two trolleys will continuously wind along the trail, enabling riders to stop at as many or as few of the participating restaurants as desired. While they dine, attendees can browse through and purchase artwork by Hudson Valley artists on display at each location.
To date, the following restaurants have agreed to participate: Basilico, Big Apple Bagel, Blu, Café of Love, The Fish Cellar, La Camilia, Lexington Square Café, Mango Café, Passage to India, Piero’s II, Spinelli’s, Starbucks, A Taste of Jamaica, Temptation Tea House, Via Vanti and Woody’s on Main.
Last year, more than 200 people attended, and the event was a smashing success. We hope that you will help us raise funds to support our mission: to assure that the needs of those affected by substance abuse are addressed in a holistic approach to service delivery with the recognition that successful recovery comes with a loving circle of support.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Marcus, Ph.D. Irene E. Pfeffer
