Founded in Hollywood in 2001, we pioneered the multi-designer sample sale with our now-legendary “real world” shopping events in major cities worldwide. What started as an “insiders” event at LA's House of Blues has, over the years, grown into a fashion phenomenon complete with flowing cocktails, beauty bars and swag bags. These sophisticated, “A-list affairs” (thanks, NY Times) have been regularly held in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Chicago, London and Dublin with participating designers ranging from the international powerhouses of Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Chloe, to American contemporaries like Diane von Furstenberg, Catherine Malandrino and James Perse.
Of course, sometimes even the most fabu fashionistas like to shop in their skivvies (at 3am…in Dubai), so in 2009 we went Web. At billiondollarbabes.com, we hold three high-end designer sales per week, each lasting 48 hours and featuring discounts of up to 85%.
