Healthy Elixirs

 green smoothie When Stacy asked us for our #1 strategy for getting rid of "the dreaded belly bloat",

we told her Green smoothies are our secret weapon!

 

 

Here's our latest favorite recipe:

  • 1 .5 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 stalk celery
  • handful baby greens
  • water and/or ice
  • 1/4 avocado...if it isn't sweet enough add 100% fruit juice (We like Knudsen's Pomegranite/Blueberry) to taste.
