Katonah Fall Fest

Katonah Chamber of Commerce Presents
its Annual Fall Festival

The Katonah Chamber is once again celebrating the fall season with its ever-popular Fall Festival – a fun-filled day of family activities, entertainment and fabulous shopping in picturesque downtown Katonah.

Festivities begin with the ninth annual Run to Katonah. This scenic 5K walk/run through the hamlet, is a favorite among both running enthusiasts and Saturday strollers. The 5K race will be followed by a special Pee-Wee race for kids 10 and under.

After the race, Fall Festival officially kicks off, and this year’s event features a wide range of fun and spirited activities for everyone. For children, there will be a magic show, balloon animals, a mobile playground, crafts, volleyball and more. Festival attendees will be treated to live music from talented local groups. The Jim Skinger Group will perform jazz and Latin jazz, and Flipside will play classic rock. Fall Festival will also feature a fashion show of seasonal clothing and accessories from local retailers. New this year will be the Best Dressed Dog Parade. Residents are invited to bring their dogs, dressed and ready to march in a parade along Katonah Avenue. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed, Best Kisser and Best Dog Trick.

Chamber Member Businesses are contributing to the Fall Festival by offering special activities throughout the day including a SPAM carving contest, dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, a grilling demonstration and food sampling, complimentary blood test and ambulance tours, special promotions, contests and much more.

The Road Race and Fall Festival are on Saturday, September 26th (with a rain date of the next Saturday, October 3rd). Registration for the 5K race begins at 7:30 a.m. at Parkway and the race is at 8:30 a.m. The Pee Wee Race is at 10:15 a.m. Fall Festival is 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in downtown Katonah.
