Saturday, April 10, 7:30pm at the Katonah Village Library

It’s becoming a tradition: KVIS’s spring wine tasting. A chance to sip, nibble and schmooze with friends and neighbors.

There will be five stylish stations:

                           Come sample light, breezy sandal white wines like Riesling.

           Richer, more elegant pumps,   such as Spanish Albariño.

Then, for reds: try easygoing sneakers like Cotes-du-Rhone

                         Rugged boots like Napa Valley Cabernet and Aussie Shiraz.

Capping off the five styles will be a                                  selection of fluffy slippers, as in oddball                                   wines (red, white and beyond?).

All accompanied by an array of home-cooked hors d’oeuvres.

A Raffle too! Four gourmet baskets, each featuring wines, cheeses and gourmet food item in a decorative basket ($150 value). Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. You need not be present to win!

Wine tasting: $50 per person donation to KVIS. Space is limted!
