Carla Gambescia, Universita’s “Dean of Culture” and special guest “Professor” Nick Antonaccio, wine columnist for the local Examiner News and proprietor of Wine Adventures, a personalized wine travel and wine tastings business, will co-host this enticing event at Via Vanti! Ristorante.
Your senses with be aroused with select Italian wines from the distinguished Via Vanti! wine list, coupled with specially chosen chocolates from one of the top producers of quality chocolate in the world – Amedei Chocolates of Toscana. Together we will experience and learn which pairings make sparks fly, which result in conflict and disharmony, and why.
