So much to choose from on Myong's dinner menu. February 21, 2011 marks the dinner debut of Myong's Private Label Gourmet. I can't decide what to order. With such epicurean delights such as Braised Short Ribs with goat cheese polenta and Black Striped bass with parsnip puree, baby spinach in a vanilla mussel broth. OMG Lobster Macaroni and Cheese (Deconstructed) sounds amazing with mascarpone, brussel sprouts and poached lobster.
For starters I think it will be hard to choose between the Butternut Squash Ravioli with argula pesto, brown butter and pomegranate seeds , or the Lamb Sliders topped with coleslaw and a curry dressing.
