Mindless and Emotional Eating

My friends Gayle and Eve are Health Counselors. They are two examples of women who "walk the walk and talk the talk" of healthy living. They are smart, real, fun and look fabulous. They have been on a journey similar to us all. They have had their fill of diets (me too!), been a slave to the gym and the scale and have obsessed about the last "seven" pounds. They have transformed their bodies and lives sans the struggle. Their clients have benefitted from their unique, innovative strategies and approach to health. Gayle and Eve are dedicated to educating, supporting and empowering women to "feel great in and about their bodies." I have been to their lectures and I left feeling charged and inspired. Join me at their next program about Mindless & Emotional eating. This is just what I need! I think they wrote it just for me!!! That's a friend for you...
