Come join us girls if you live anywhere in the neighborhood for a hilariously fun night of wine tasting with our wine writer Diana Rice and a reading by Author Maribeth Southworth.

Maribeth will read stories from her recently published book, She Finally Sat Down  a comedic look at life after 50. 

If you have ever been a mother and tried to juggle work, kids and play – or just like to laugh out loud, this book is for you! She's the new Erma Bombeck with a little Nora Ephron thrown in for good measure. 

Diana Rice, our wine connoisseur and sommelier, formerly of Sherry Lehman will take us through a flight of French wines from Bordeaux to Burgundy and back with stops in between.

She'll teach you how to taste properly and discover your own wine palate and preferences. We will share some snacks, drinks lots of wine and listen and laugh until we just can't take it anymore!

Plus 10% of any wines purchased that night will be donated to Ubuntu Africa www.ubafrica.org, the not-for-profit I co-founded that serves children with HIV in South Africa.
