Itunes Genuis

Do you organize your music on itunes? I do. Visit http://www.itunes.com/ or click on the itunes links to the left . <---- Are you the type of person who likes to organize your music into playlists? I make playlists all the time. I like to categorize my music by cocktails, dance, beach, exercise and the like.

Now the techno geeks at Apple have come up with a new tool , well it is new to me, called Genius. Genius will take a song from you music library and build a playlist around it. They base their selections on other peoples playlists. This is how it works. Play a song, click the Genius button, and iTunes creates a playlist of other songs from your library that go great together. Genius playlists help you discover songs in your library you never knew you had — and rediscover forgotten favorites.

Select a song in your library.
Click the Genius button.
Voilà! Genius creates a playlist of songs that go great together.

The Genuis side bar will recommend songs that go along with song that you selected that you don't already own. You can preview the song and buy the song right from the sidebar.
