Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize

Experts say that every part of the body needs to be moisturized and protected from the sun. Good moisturizers should include water-binding agents, which attract moisture to the skin (such as glycerin, collagen, and  hyaluronic acid, just to name a few), which prevent damage caused by environmental factors, such as the sun and smog. Experts also agree that a good lotion doesn't have to be expensive. I asked Jennifer Kandemir, laser hair removal expert of Advanced Derma Laser Tech Inc in New York City to pick her top 3 brands that cost under $20 and can be found at your local drugstore.
